All of our houses and apartments are pet friendly

Ten years ago when we created our first holiday home our vision was to establish a range of places that could easily cater for couples, families or groups of friends but, most importantly that are pet friendly, so that everyone can come and enjoy a holiday in Wanaka.

Our houses range from a 1 bedroom cottage to a 4 bedroom town house and the rooms can be made as kings or twins so we have the flexibility to meet everyone’s needs.

Our point of difference

To emphasise our point of difference as provider of pet friendly accommodation we have named our places after our furry friends, as have people who have entrusted us as property managers for their holiday homes. Our houses are all renovated to a high standard, are warm and have a cozy homey feel, are well equipped, have good parking, sunny outside areas, great views and are in fantastic locations to enjoy the town, lake or river.

Your Wanaka Accommodation Hosts

Nikki and Franck are your energetic and friendly hosts and property managers here in Wanaka.

Both are enthusiastic mountain bikers, skiers, golfers and trampers so are able to provide great insight into what to do in this beautiful region.

George's House was one of those places you are glad you found.

This place has it all, location, comfort, size, all the little extras that go in to a quality rental. There are two bedrooms with the nicest beds and comforters. There is a full kitchen that even had spices and some other food items, possibly left from previous renters, that made cooking that much easier. The bookshelf was well stocked with guides and novels, there is a nice tv and stereo, washer and drying rack, and a semi-private back yard patio with table and chairs.

In cooler months, there is a wood burning stove. It is an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the lake from the house. I would gladly book it again.
